Main Features
During the waste paper processing, there will be large quantity of slag impurites produced from line, but it will be a pity to discharge,but also difficult to recycle. The slaggin separator is designed specially to deal with the slag impurities from fiber separator, pressure screen etc.It can speparate the fiber and impurities efficiently. And the fiber reclaim rate reach to 70%, which can reduce the fiber lose.
The slagging separator is closed-loop operation at ordinary pressure, continious slag-discharging without sticking screen, pulp block up and pulp splashing phenomenon. The discharged impurities density is from 10% to 15%,they can be discharged as waste without any more process. The slagging separator is a advanced tailings process equipment at present, comparing to the pressure type slag screen, it can simplify the system, and save power; also comparing to the virbating screen, it can improve the sorting efficiency and optimize the operating environment.
